These pages describe how Strata processes data. They are not a substitute for counsel-reviewed legal documents.

These vendors may process Customer Data or account data depending on which features a workspace enables.

  • Clerk — Workspace authentication and organization membership. Region: United States.
  • Supabase — Primary application database, storage, and row-level security. Region: United States / EU (project region).
  • Vercel — Application hosting, edge network, and AI Gateway routing. Region: United States / global edge.
  • Resend — Transactional and tenant nurture email delivery. Region: United States.
  • Upstash QStash — Background job delivery for ingest and inbound forms. Region: United States.
  • Apify — Public-web collection when a tenant configures scrape agents. Region: European Union.
  • Jina — Website research/enrichment when a tenant enables it. Region: Varies by provider region.
  • AI model providers via Vercel AI Gateway — Scoring, mapping, notes, and other in-product model calls. Region: Varies by selected model.
  • HubSpot / Salesforce — CRM sync when a tenant connects an integration. Region: United States / tenant CRM region.
  • Google reCAPTCHA / Places — Bot checks on inbound forms and Places lookup when enabled. Region: United States.

HubSpot or Salesforce is used only after a tenant connects CRM. Model providers vary with the gateway configuration.
