Data processing addendum

This is an engineering placeholder for the customer DPA. Counsel should replace it with the signed instrument. Until then, the processing roles below are how the product is built.

Processor: Strata. Controller: the customer workspace for lead, form, CRM, and scrape records. Controller (Strata): people who create Strata accounts.

Instructions: process Customer Data to provide ingest, scoring, monitoring, email, and CRM features the customer enables. Subprocessors are listed on the subprocessors page. International transfers rely on vendor DPAs/SCCs, not on “consent by submit”.

Customers remain responsible for verifying a requester’s identity before using the in-product lead export/erase tool. Backups retained by infrastructure vendors are not erased at the same instant as application deletes.
